welcome to mind spills!

introduction for blog

This is weird introducing myself through a screen, when I typically am a person who  loves talking and meeting new people.

I cant tell you my name yet but you can call me your hallway therapist.

People who know me describe me as a person who is full of life, extroverted and bubbly. Im a teenage girl from a small town in India. I was the kid who was in every extracurricular when she was small. Music, Dance, Swimming, Art you name it and I was there.  And now, I have very few hobbies. I love reading, playing chess, public speaking and going out with my friends.

In my family I have my mom, my dad, my little brother who is four years younger than me and my grandmother. I also have a cat who is just my little fur ball baby.

I have always been the “Therapist Friend”, the friend whom you go to when you have a problem, the friend you vent to.

but also want to feels understood and have a safe place where we can discuss about these things without feeling judged.

well this page will be all of that . Here we will be reading about mental health and I will also be covering some cases regarding it.

I will also be sharing some real-time things that have happened to me, how I overcame it and what it taught me.

This somewhat spiked my interest in mental health and emotions and feelings.

I have always been the person who feel a little too much at times so naturally a lot of people came too me with their problems because they knew I would understand them and I did.

so many problems and I always tried to get to the bottom of it.

Was it their choice childhood? Their parents? Their peers?

I slowly became aware about mental health. The disorders, what causes it at times, how the childhood of a person can affect them and so much more.

But the articles that I found online when when I tried to read it, they were too heavy and strong [ with too many big words] And they got boring after sometime.

Thats when I decided that I want to start blogging. I know there are teens like me all over the world who want to read about mental health and become aware about it but don’t know where to start or don’t like the articles online [ Because they aren’t Genz enough ]

Until Next time

because you and I both know this is just the start.
